Requirements

• 5 years services in F & B line
• Ability to manage overall outlet operation
• Problems solving skill to handle customer complaints or any staff issues.
• Customers serving skill and staff training.
• Able to work on shift, weekends and public holiday
• Experience work in Bakery, cakes or confectionery outlet will be advantage

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the daily operation of the outlet to minimize occurrence of complaints.
• Leading the staffs to achieving the sales target as planned.
• Monitoring and guiding staffs for a proper customer serving skill.
• Handling customer complain, queries and feedback.
• Schedule sufficient staff at designated workstation
• Enforce the cash handling producers
• Perform other tasks assigned by management
