Requirements
  • Prefer for Malaysia and Taiwan citizen
  • (Cause have to travel to different countries for the conference frequently and the passport of this 2 country is visa exemption at mostly countries)
  • Age- 21 to 40
  • EDUCATION REQUIRED - 
    • At least SPM/High school diplomas and/or GED (welcome fresh graduated) 
  • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES - 
    • PC skills, knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access). 
    • Ability to work independently with minimal direction, strong written/verbal communication skills with English and Chinese
    • Strong organizational skills and attention on the document detail, ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities
  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the Director, include manage administrative activities, arrange appointments and schedule, handle correspondence and telephone calls
  • Prepare meeting materials; take meeting notes and follow-up after the meetings
  • Co-ordinate projects, events and meetings with internal and external parties
  • Dealing with suppliers/ consultants
  • Arranging hotel accommodation and flights for Director 
  • Assist the Director’s personal issues

  • Location – Most of the time base in Manila, Philippine, but have to fly to different countries for different conference
  • Return air tickets provided on every 3 months of employment with accumulated day(s) off.

  • Salary HKD 8,000 to 13,000 (depend on your education and experience)
