Requirements

• Possess at a SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduated Diploma in any field of studies
• Fresh graduated are welcomed.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Required language (s) : English, Malay, Mandarin, Cantonese.
• Basic ethics: 1) Responsibility; 2) Punctuality; 3) Honesty; Good interpersonal skills, Independent.
• Pay attention to detail, Effective communication, negotation and result oriented.
• Experience in bookkeeping (accounting) software, procurements would be advantage.
• Must have basic computer knowledges Contract agreement to be signed to protect our company’s confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for buying printing materials.
• To request, handle and quote quotes and report to the Manager.
• Manage daily purchase activities and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Provide purchase order (PO) and make record payment in accounting software (accounting).
• To conduct quality inspection of goods, part of the purchased material.
• Ensure acquisition activities are followed by guide and policy companies.
• Ensure goods deliver on time from supplier.
• To handle logistics and transportation, fret rates, participants and reports to the Manager.
• To compute our invoice with a supplier (three-way resistance).
• To execute the filing of the filing provider for both cloud (google drive) & hardcopy.
• To regulate the insurance process and deal with claims when goods are damaged.
• To provide analytical analytics reports and tax revisions.
• To assist in the production of printouts.

• Basic salary of RM1800-RM2500
