Requirements

• Degree in Quality Surveyor or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience 
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
• Goog communication and interpersonal skill (Able speak in mandarin)
• Pleasant personality, matured and able to take initiative and responsibility

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming papepr roll inspection (Grammage test)
• Perform glue inspection (gel point,glue line,viscosity monitoring)
• Perform fluting inspection (single facer A&B, board AF, BF & ABF)
• Perform in-charge for NCR Report (Production & Customer)
• Perform data entry for glue and fluting inspection 
• Perform analysis of glue viscosity
• Analyse and prepare report for customer's complaint case
• Person in-charge for ISO
• Conduct in-process quality control (lab duty)
• Perform data entry, analyse, and prepare report for lab data
• Prepare Certificate of Analysis (CoA)for products 
• Person in-charge of ISO 22000(HACCP)
• Responsible to attend to customers' complaint, ISO 9001 and preventive & corrective action
