Requirements
  • English,Bahasa Malaysia
  • Malaysian
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma
  • Male
  • Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Labor Ordinance, EPF & SOCSO Act and its regulations
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines
  • Must be computer literate
  • Willing to travel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion in Human Resource Management is an essential
  • Preferable : Male
  • Own a valid licence B2 / D and transportation
  • Priority will be given to Sabahan Resident.
  • Malaysian ONLY
  • Applicant must have valid Malaysian Passport

Responsibilities
  • RECRUITMENT
    • Assisting in hiring process and selections
    • Handling Documentation for new intakes
    • Assisting new employee to open a new account on EPF, SOCSO and CIMB (if any)
    • Assisting on Induction and Orientation Program for new employee's (if needed
  • IR & LABOUR
    • Assisting in Performance Evaluation Process
    • Preparing Warning Letters
    • Preparing Suspension Letters
    • Conducting D.I. together with Retailing Management team
    • Preparing Termination Letters
    • Preparing In Lieu demanding letter to employee's
    • Assisting with Retailing Management team on police reports process on any robbery or breakage in the outlet and Major Misconduct by employee's.
    • Working closely with Ministry of Human Resources for any updates on Labour issues
  • FOREIGN WORKER
    • Assisting on Orientation and Induction Program
    • Handling foreign worker bank matters e.g. opening new account, ATM card problem/lost (when needed)
    • Lodge a police report for absconded foreign worker together with Retailing Management team
