Requirements

• Possess at least Diploma or professional certificates or equivalent
• Fresh graduated are also encouraged to apply
• Mature, dedicated individual with good interpersonal & communication skills are encouraged to apply this position
• Required language: English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required
• Experience in property industry will be an added advantage
• Salary: Basic + Commision

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing all sales and promotional activities
• Planning on company's marketing activities
• Ensuring that sales targets are achieved as planned
• Meeting with customer, houseowner, and investors, providing sales support
• Maintain and develop relationship with new or existing clients, houseowner, and investors.
• Actively participate in pre-sales activities such as presentation and meeting
• Attend company's events when required
• Assist superior for ad-hoc management tasks
