Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
• Strong retail management experience preferably from jewellery retail industry
• Able to work on all retail shifts and weekends
• Good working attitude and pleasant personality
• Conversant with English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer sales assistance
• Determine customer needs and promote latest products to customers
• Maximizing sales opportunities to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong cordial relationship with customers
• Responsible for healthy inventory management and responsible for stock take processes
• Maintain daily sales report, bank-in updates & retail required reports
• Any other duties as assigned by the Sales Supervisor & Management from time to time
