Requirements

• Minimum education level Secondary/SPM/O'Level
• No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided
• Cooperative and helpful with other team members
• Enthusiastic, energetic, hardworking, dedicated, and passionate about the F&B industry
• Able to work shifts, weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays on 6 day/week, 8 hours/day
• Independent and able to multi-task
• Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin
• Able to start work in short notice and adapt to work environment would be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding and enthusiastic customer service at all times
• Follow standard operational procedures and guidelines at each station
• Prepare beverages and necessary ingredients according to company's standard, handle customer orders and payment
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of shop
• Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs
