Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level; Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Levels; or Diploma in any field of subject
• Required language(s): Mandarin or Cantonese, English, Malay (minimal)
• We accept fresh graduate or has 1 year/(s) of working experience in any administrative department from any industry
• Possess own mode of transportation
• Detail oriented and meticulous towards tasks (paper works) given
• Personality: a team-player; pro-active; disciplined; self-motivated; customer service oriented
• Possess good communication skills, able to reflect good self corporate image

Responsibilities

• Should maintain courtesy and provide service excellence while attending to customers’ call / enquiry on the phone or over the counter.
• Responsible for promoting and selling our range of bearings and mechanical related products.
• Answer to customers' enquiries on parts availability, pricing and delivery lead time.
• Handle customers' feedback & assist in addressing customers' concern
• Process sales orders, generate pick list, arrange cargoes for pick up & process delivery.
• Work closely with customer to meet delivery schedule and coordinate delivery with customers’ forwarder.
• Handle cash payment issues and ensure credit control to be in place.
• To be involved in all aspects of customer service related functions in a manner that satisfies customers' need. To maintain an amicable relationship with customers through constant communications.
• To work closely with sales personnel on generating of quote, delivery arrangement whenever sales engineer is out of office.
• To compile all requests, purchase order, outstanding issues, feedback or complaints for respective sales personnel to take necessary actions.
