Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Pleasant with good telephone etiquette and customer oriented mindset.
• Self motivated, dynamic, possess strong initiative and good interpersonal skills
• Responsible, committed and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Butterworth.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.

Responsibilities

• To explore the market for new application of company's products.
• To entertain incoming calls for enquiries.
• To prepare and submit quotations to customers.
• To visit customers and build rapport.
• To handle customer complaints and help solve problem. 
• To collect payments from customers and to follow up on payments.
• To assist manager in various areas of sales & marketing.
• Travelling in local regions & overseas to meet up with customers whenever requires.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Providing customer service & support.
• Manage new projects assigned by company - to develop, to quote, to ensure customer's specifications are met, to ensure timely delivery of products, to build rapport with customers
