Admin cum Customer Service 
 RM1,200.0 - RM1,500.0 Per Month
 Full Time
 Butterworth, Pulau Pinang
 Min Education: Secondary/SPM/'O' Level
 Req Languages: English,Bahasa Malaysia,Chinese

Requirements
  • Willing to work in Butterworth, Chain Ferry
  • Candidate must possess a minimum qualification of SPM or Diploma or any advanced qualification
  • Required skill(s): Must be computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office – Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Preferably female candidate
  • Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
  • No experiences needed and fresh graduates are encouraged to join.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for invoicing, quotation and emails reply
  • Responsible for all-office-related admin and internal matters
  • Organise and manage documents, correspondence of records and maintain efficient and accurate filing systems for easy access and retrieval
  • Attending to incoming and outgoing calls and inquiries
  • Assist in all office paperwork
