Requirements
- Fresh
graduates are encouraged to apply. Training provided.
- Age
: 19 - 25
- Language
: able to read and write in English and Chinese
- Preferred
Chinese speaking candidates
- Work
seriously and responsible, good at finding the work problems and can
provide suggestions for improvement
- Knowledge
in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
- Ability
to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Working
Hour :
- 24
hours shift-term, differenciate with 3 shift
- 9
hours/shift (1 hour break)
- 6 days/week
Responsibilities
- To
efficiently handle customer inquiries and problem by social apps.
- To
provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.
- To
ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.
- To
be constantly guided by company's service standards.
- Handle
complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time
limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep
records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file
documents
- Follow
communication procedures, guidelines and policies
