Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/Pre-U/"A" LEVEL, Professional Certificate,
• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Knowledge on how to provide good customer and personal services. This includes meeting quality standards of services and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Speak well. Active listening skill., Possess great service attitude - Passion for people and food - Self-driven with a positive attitude to learn - Strong team player - Must be able to do shift work on Weekend & Public Holiday
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the outlet at the beginning of the day ready for business at the stated operating time;
• Greeting customers with a smile and assisting them in product selection in a personalized manner.
• Creating a strong working relationship with all team members and taking instructions from Superior;
• Keeping outlet areas clean and tidy;
• Processing card and cash payment and/or packing at till points;
• Monitoring and updating sales display areas in line with changes in pricing etc;
• Handling customer complaints and difficulties in an effective, polite manner. Ensuring that Supervisors or Managers are made aware of any situation;
• Taking stock inventory in line with inventory records;
• Helping to organize the stock room ensuring that products can be clearly found and there is sufficient stock;
• Receiving stock deliveries and refilling stock rooms;
• Transporting stock from the central stock room to the location required and replenishing sale areas;
• Cleaning and restocking the outlet at the end of the day;
• Any other responsibilities that may arise
