Requirements

• Min SPM with experiance in manufacturing environment especially food industry 
• Strong leadership and able to work under minimum supervision
• Flexible, able to work on shift.
• Basic knowledge in chocolate and GMP, HACCP , ISO 9001 is an added advantage.
• Analytical, creative thinking and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Able to manage and monitoring a group of staffs with minimum supervision
• To ensure the order given is achieved, the machinery/equipment fully running and the product delivered according to schedule
• To monitor and fully resposible on the department overall cleanliness and product quality
• To educate subordinate with latest information and able to do consultation for problematic subordinate
• Any other assignments given by superior
