Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Independent, good interpersonal, communication with analytical problem, solving skills, self motivated person, result-oriented and a team player

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance service according to schedule for all the equipments
• Field troubleshooting and repair products at customers’ site
• To serve and assist the customer in matter related to all technical issues
• To deliver training to the customer when required
• Attend to customer’s complaint and help to resolve issues
• Write accurate professional reports on technical issues and interfacing with all involved functions
• Report and escalate all observed incidents, irregularities that occur through proper operational escalation points
• Perform installation, testing and commissioning
• Provide feedback to divisions on customer’s experience, division, products quality issue and any improvement suggestion
• Required to carry out duties and job functions as may be assigned when the need arises
