Requirements

• Posses at least a Diploma in engineering, structure design, building, architecture or equivalent background
• Min 2 years of working experience
• Ability to communicate with sub-contrators, workers,  consultant independently
• Able to communicate, lead and supervise a team of workers.
• Posses own transport, wiling to travel to any site.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Willing to relocate and work overtime
• Able to start work immediately 
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD)

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction works, materials and document management.
• Support the project team in planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating works.
• To monitor and assit construction manager on site
• To ensure project work progress as per timeline
• To ensure site safely is taken care of
• Ensuring that effective planning, schedule, coordination, execution and monitoring of project on timely manner
• To liaise effectively with clients, consultant, sub-contractors and other relavent parties involved in project
• Ensure works are in line with speficied contracts, approved drawings and specifications
• To report on regular and timely basis to superiors on work progress
