Requirements
- Candidate
must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy.
- Preferably
with 2 years of working experience in accounting field.
- Knowledge
of Microsoft Word and Excel. SQL Accounting Software will be an added
advantage.
- Responsible,
Resourceful in problem solving, able to work independently and a Team
player
- Candidate
with driving license and spoken Chinese are preferred.
- Able
to work in Likas Area.
Responsibilities
- Accounting
Tasks
- To
handle general accounting data entry and to perform daily accounting
functions:
- Account
Receivable: Prepare daily sales record, manage collection and prepare
monthly debtor aging report.
- Account
payable: Assist in preparing payment to suppliers and account payables
data entry (in the absent of the lead account payable staff only).
- Maintain
fixed assets registrar, petty cash record, bank reconciliation and other
accounting report required by the superior.
- Administrative
Tasks
- Manage
daily office administration matters and renewal deadlines according to
the related department and government body standard (Office supplies
stock check and purchasing, licenses renewal, permit vehicle inspection,
insurance renewal, road tax renewal, etc).
- Maintain
proper filing and records.
- Undertake
other tasks assigned by the superior and management from time to time.
