Requirements
- Candidates
must possess at least a higher Secondary/STPM or Equivalent
- With
or without experience
- Friendy,
independent, resourceful and responsible
- Able
to speak English and Malay
- Good
communication skill

work on shift

Responsibilities
- Attend
to walk in guests, great and direct visitors to company
- Follow
up with guest regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues.
- Process
all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and
issuing and activating room key
- Process
all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit
- Set
up accurate accounts for each guest upon check-in (i.e., sharewiths,
separate room/tax/incidentals, comp)
- Coordinate
with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in. Review shift
logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks
- Count
bank at the beginning and end of shift
- Answer
all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Balance
and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications
- Report
accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
- Check,
sort and forward emails
- Monitor
office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep
updated records and files
- Monitor
office expenses and costs
- Keeping
reception area and meeting room tidy
- Take
up other duties as assigned
