Requirements

• Min with 2 years of professional experience in Debt Collection or Customer Service Field
• Possess a minimum SPM, A-Level, Diploma or Degree
• Working experience in Banking and Telco industry is an advantage
• Results oriented and open to new challenges
• Good communication skills in English, Malay or Chinese
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills, positive attitude and behavior
• Highly motivated and meticulous with the ability to meet strict timeline

Responsibilities

• In depth knowledge of the collection and workflow
• Must able to visit customers, where necessary
• Need to provide action plans to remedy collection shortfall
• Listening skills to empathize and resolve debtors problems
• Ability to handle & manage stress
