Requirements

• Interested in event management, prior experience an advantage
• Required to work overtime and/or weekends when there is an event
• Enthusiastic personality and people oriented with good working attitude
• Able to start work immediately or in short notice is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide support to events team for upcoming events
• Assist in administration for events to ensure smooth delivery of all events
• Assist in event management – with venue, clients, external vendors and partners
• Maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers
• Attend and conduct site inspection of venues when required
