Requirements

• Helpdesk Support (1 Year Contract) - Based In Customer Site
• Have related experience in helpdesk support
• Able to handling customer's inquiries and solving their problems
• Must be able to speak in Mandarin and Cantonese as you will be supporting the system users

Responsibilities

• Standard level 1/2 support, handling customers’ inquiries and resolving their issues
• Doing Troubleshooting With the Printer Printing issue, Scanning to PC or Email issue, Fax in and also general computer issue with the customer.
