Requirements
- Helpdesk
Support (1 Year Contract) - Based In Customer Site
- Have
related experience in helpdesk support
- Able
to handling customer's inquiries and solving their problems
- Must
be able to speak in Mandarin and Cantonese as you will be supporting the
system users
Responsibilities
- Standard
level 1/2 support, handling customers’ inquiries and resolving their
issues
- Doing
Troubleshooting With the Printer Printing issue, Scanning to PC or Email
issue, Fax in and also general computer issue with the customer.
