Requirements

• 1 to 2 years experience of working in a similar role.
• Qualified to degree level or equivalent in an IT discipline is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
• Well organised and can priorities workload.

Responsibilities

• General IT support, dealing with hardware and software enquiries.
• First Line support for all desktop and laptop users
• Managing setting and IT training for company product
• Working together with HR for staff IT Training 
• Support Microsoft products such as Office. 
• OS Support – Microsoft Window 10
• Response to log calls to key support vendors.
• Event day support may be required from time to time. 
• Provide one on one training when requested. 
• Be the first point on contact for staff on collection new hardware and replacement hardware.
• Manage and set up new hardware following IT policies and procedures. 
• Provide AV support and presentations projectors support to staff
• Assist Digital Marketing on email blasting for potential client
