Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a secondary school / SPM / STPM / “O” Level / “A” Level / Pre-U, Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
• Working knowledge of office devices and processes
• A fast typist with knowledge in stenography and taking dictations
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude, honest, proactive, initiative, ownership & patience personality
• Meticulous in documentations and paper works
• Self-starter and independent with minimal supervision.
• Continuous learning attitude.

Responsibilities

• Call purchaser to verify data
• Data entry into back end system
• Maintain files/records and constantly update and maintain it in easily accessible manner
• Scanning all required documents in a proper manner as per SOP.
• Sort and distribute incoming mails and prepare outgoing mails (envelopes, packages, etc.)
• Utilize and maintain office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
• Take order and office appliances and maintain it at minimum level and replenish at reorder level
• Undertake basic book-keeping tasks, scanning documents and issue invoices, cheque etc.
• Assist in office management and organization procedures
• Perform other office administrative duties as assigned
