Requirements

• Johor Bahru - Jalan Trus (Near UTC Kotaraya), Kolam Air, Permas Jaya, Bukit Tiram, Austin, Bukit Indah,Taman Ungku Tun Aminah & Taman Universiti.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any fields. (We welcome fresh graduates to apply)
• Candidate with at least 1 year of working experience in retail industry or healthcare would hold an advantage
• Candidate with the ability to converse in Chinese/Mandarin is highly encouraged & welcome to apply.
• Extremely mobile and must be willing to be relocated to different areas
• Self-motivated with positive attitude.
• Enjoy working in retail environment.
• Able to work in shift hours, weekend & public holiday.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Training provided during working hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily retail operations and staff management.
• To provide excellent customer service experience to customers.
• To handle customer enquiries promptly & professionally.
• Enjoy working in retail environment and meeting people.
• Recommend suitable products to consumers and emphasize on up-selling and cross- selling to promote sales
• Provide a high level of customer service experience to customers at all times.
• Assist to receive stocks and to check on the receiving documentations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
