Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Logistic/ Transportation or any related field
• At least 3 years working experience in related field
• Preferably specializing in Manufacturing/ Production Operation or equivalent
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, initiative & self-motivate
• Good problem solving skills
• Able to organize and prioritize own work and coordinates the work of others effectively

Responsibilities

• Assist Operation Manager to improve efficiency of logistic operations through better utilization
• of resources
• To Assist Operation Manager in proper planning and execution of the daily operation activities in compliance with SOP, achieving operation KPIs and meeting customer satisfaction
• Monitor and control all the warehouse and distribution activities to ensure efficiency, accuracy and meeting the required time
• Ensured all transaction are processed accurately and timely, including warehouse system update
• Manage all documents, records and ensured a high integrity of all warehouse documents and records to prevents losses
• Effective warehouse space planning and utilization
• Prepare and analyze monthly inventory report
• Check and ensure goods receiving/ delivering in correct quantity and good condition
• Conduct regular internal audits to ensure documented processes are followed strictly
• Implement continuous improvement initiative and facilitate problem solving within the warehouse
• Coordinates stock take process
• Perform regular audits/ checking on inventory and report on discrepancies for management action.
• Attend customer complaint and coordinate the investigation and report to management
• To monitor driver and workers OT
• Any other assignment which may be required by HOD from time to time.
