Requirements

• Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
• Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Computer literate and numerate.
• Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
• High communication skill needed.
• Must be agressive and fast learner.
• Minimum exprience 1 year in product SINGER, COURTS MALAYSIA AND HIRE PURCHASE (Motor Loan).
• Able to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for reaching out to customers to collect/ remind the payment for overdue bills, loans or other payments.
• To make outbound calls and remind them of their payments.
• To achieve individual and group targets in order to be entitled for Incentive Scheme
• Make a plan on how you collect the customer’s debt (payment).
• Explain and clarify on non-payment and other product services.
• Persuade, negotiate and work with customers / clients to make workable repayment arrangements.
• Effectively follow-up promise to pay with customers / clients.
• Ensure the accounts are worked and followed-up thoroughly and in a timely manner.
