Requirements

• Candidate must has experience in leader role for at least 2-3 years
• Able to work with minimum guidance and under pressure
• Willing to work on overnight shift
• Able to create and produce high quality bakeries
• English language is a must
• Able to lead and train subordinate(s)
• Good knowledge in food hygiene and safety

Responsibilities

• Overall duties of bakeries production
• Report directly to the Executive Pastry Chef
