Requirements

• A minimum Bachelor's Degree in HRM or other discipline
• A minimum 7 years of experience as a HR Professional
• Familiar with Malaysia Employement Act & Industrial Relation Act
• Knowledge in Brunei, Thailand & Indonesia Employment Act will be an advantage
• A matured team player, resourceful, self motivated with high integrity

Responsibilities

• Implement HR policies & procedures, provide advice to line management on HR policies and procedures to ensure to Employment Act & other statutory requirements.
• Liaise with internal and external sources to seek best practices, info and advise as and when necessary, to ensure fair and consistent treatment to employees.
• Handle employee grievances in an effective and efficient manner so as to preserve good employee relations and industrial harmony.
• Conduct and assess existing policies, procedures, guidelines, processes and propose update/improvement to enhance elements on integrity and its impact.
• Establish and maintain good rapport with various government authorities/agencies, to keep abreast and comply with the latest development of law and legislation pertaining to Employment Act, Trade Union Act, Industrial Relation Act as well as other relevant or related government and local authorities’ requirements, rules or guidelines.
• Periodically review, develop and implement system, procedures and processes to improve and meet the needs of company.
