• Certificate / Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
• Good communication with customer
• Strong analysis / problem solving skills, attention to detail, teamworking skill, written and verbal communication skill, flexibility

Responsibilities

• PC troubleshooting
• Networking
• IT Support （Hardware / Software)
• Handle and store all data with integrity & confidentiality
• Documentation / Filing
