Requirements

• Able to work independently and in team 
• Able to work on shift
• Able to work for long hours
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Willing to do cleaning and preparing all kitchen wares
• Maintain regular and consistance attendance and punctuality
• Help and assist other team mates as and when needed 
• Perform other tasks assigned by superior
• Clean, tidy and neat

Responsibilities

• Mixes ingredients according to recipes to produce sauce and paste
• Measures ingredients to prepare sauce and paste. Using scale and graduated containers
• Dumps ingredients into cooker / pot to mix or cook ingredients according to specifications
• Observes colour of products being cooked and adjust the temperature / heat
• Clean and prepare all kitchen wares
• Ensure the product quality up to standard
• Packaging the product
