Requirements

• Minimum education: SPM/Diploma/Degree
• Age 18 years and above
• Able to communicate fluently
• Customer service oriented and friendly disposition
• Possess initiative, proactive and able to multi-task
• Computer literate - knowledge of EXCEL and some accounting 
•  

Responsibilities

• Patient registration, payment, appointments & follow up
• Assist therapist in their operational reports, follow up
• Centre administrative work
• Attend to patient’s enquiries and answering incoming calls
• Manage patients’ registrations and schedule patients’ appointments
• Simple account and billing matters
• Involve in cashiering, scheduling, classes etc and other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
• Attend to all company operational issues as needed
