Requirements

• Shop Manager (IOI City Mall, Putrajaya)
• At least 2 years' retail experience in a similar capacity, managing a chain of fashion or beauty retail shops
• The candidate should have thorough understanding of retail store operations and should have strong initiative and leadership skills and excellent communications
• Must be able to work on rotation shifts, weekends & public holidays

Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting sales targets of each outlet
• Feedback to management on competitive promotions / price points and suggests to management on promotional ideas and ways to improve sales
