Requirements

• 18 - 26 years old
• SPM
• Can start immediately
• Good communication skill 
• Working experience is not necessary as training will be provided
• Proficient in the use of computers 
• Pleasant personality and able to handle stress 

Responsibilities

• To make call to our client customers to either promote/ provide solution 
• To ensure that the information provided to customers are accurate and is compliance to the quality assurance requirements
• To fulfill the daily, week and monthly KPIs
• To attend outbound call
