Requirements

• A minimum Bachelor's Degree in HRM or other discipline
• Minimum 5 years experience in Labour & Employment Relations
• Familiar with Malaysia Employment Act 1955 & Industrial Relation Act 1967
• A matured team player, resourceful, self motivated with high integrity

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert pertaining to Employment Act, Trade Union Act, Industrial relation act as well as provide advice to senior management team to ensure sound decision making.
• Provide coaching/ advice to HODs on employee relations, performance & disciplinary issues as well as strategic HR support to ensure activities are align with business objectives and operational effectiveness.
• Review and enforce the implementation of Companies’ policies and procedure related to all staff disciplinary matters to ensure staff disciplined are manage at all times as well as compliance to related requirement and legislation.
• Handle employee grievances in an effective and efficient manner so as to preserve good employee relations and industrial harmony.
• Handle disciplinary issues, staff counseling and grievances, transfer, termination and other employee relation matters in compliance with local labor laws.
