Requirements

• S/he is responsible for the drink operations and reports directly to the manager. S/he is passionate about quality and customer experience.
• Minimum of one year’s experience as a barista for a high-quality food service with high customer service standards and/or related experience and training
• Demonstration to be a part of excellent customer service and passion for quality
• Working knowledge of standard coffee drink recipes
• Working knowledge of coffee beans
• Working knowledge of coffee machine equipment
• Able to work flexible schedules
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present beverage menus
• Make recommendations and answer all related inquiries
• Take orders from serving staff or directly from customers
• Record drink orders accurately into register system
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes
• Serves food to customers seated at the bar area
• Upsell food and drinks menu to customers
• Respond promptly to requests from customers in a polite and professional fashion
• Process transactions using the pos system
• Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies
• Monitor inventory, order and restock drink inventory
