Requirements

• SPM or Certification in Culinary Arts and Food Hygiene or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of related working experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Passionate in cooking.
• Good team player and team builder.
• Matured, dedicated and able to produce excellent results under minimum supervision.
• Piority for those who can start immediately

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily kitchen and cafe operations and ensure excellent food quality for customer’s satisfaction.
• Prepare all raw cooking materials and other required food ingredients.
• Check on the daily kitchen replenishments and store all the raw food materials according to the standard procedures.
• Comply with the hygiene and safety standards as required by the Management
• Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and café area.
• Ensuring that the café environment is pleasant and welcoming in line with the image
• Serving customers in a pleasant and courteous manner
• Follows opening and closing duties and responsibilities as directed by supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned by a supervisor
