Requirements
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Candidate must be able speak mandarin as need to alias with chinese customer

Responsibilities
  • Handling of incoming calls and attending customer enquiries.
  • To assist purchase transaction with local or oversea suppliers
  • To monitor inventory
  • Liaise with customers on re-order and delivery date
  • Handle dissatisfied customers in as polite and professional way
  • Maintain good filling system of customer inquires for future reference
  • Track and follow-up all customers request in timely manner
