Requirements
- Fresh
graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous
working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields
(i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage
but not essential
- Good
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge
in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
- Ability
to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Candidate
must be able speak mandarin as need to alias with chinese customer
Responsibilities
- Handling
of incoming calls and attending customer enquiries.
- To
assist purchase transaction with local or oversea suppliers
- To
monitor inventory
- Liaise
with customers on re-order and delivery date
- Handle
dissatisfied customers in as polite and professional way
- Maintain
good filling system of customer inquires for future reference
- Track
and follow-up all customers request in timely manner
