Requirements

• A minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
• At least 5 years of related working experience in printing or digital industry
• Must have desktop support experience
• Good command of English, conversant in Chinese dialects is an added advantage
• Strong communication skills and good interaction with both internal and external parties
• Good discipline and self-motivated with strong desire to succeed, able to work independently.M

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant contact with Team Lead/Supervisor concerning current clients, concerns and customer progress etc
• Evaluate and recommend integration solutions based on clients’ preferences
• Recommend improvements in systems and technical-related processes and procedures
• Recommend potential products or services to Management by
• Highlight concerns and all matters of consequence affecting operations
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction creating demand for more products and services
• Communicating promptly and courteously in a helpful and professional manner to customers or other stakeholders.
