Requirements

• Minimum SPM  level
• Good command in Microsoft Office
• Able to speak and write in B. Malaysia and English.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
• Willing to travel outstation
• Posses own transport and valid driving license

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales activities of the Company
• To drive the Company and be responsible for the achievement of the Company’s sales goal and set targets.
• To develop new market and expand existing customers to achieve the sales target under the designated area.
• Responsible for customer collections which are due to the Company and to notify the Superior immediately of any unfavourable financial standing of the customers.
• Responsible to monitor and ensure that all accounts are within the agreed sales credit limit and to notify the Superior immediately of any discrepancy of the customers that exceed the sales credit limit.
• To manage all sales quote prices, prepare proposals and provides information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates.
• Responsible to monitor and coordinate to ensure all products & materials supplied are in order and acknowledge by the customer.
• Responsible to manage and coordinate with according to the site installation progress / schedule.
• To collect sales data on marketing trends, competitive products and pricing.
• To maintain good relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• To update the Superior / Managing Director on a weekly work progress of the sales activities in the designated area.
• To report directly to the Managing Director or his assigned representative.
