Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in retail operations.
• Well-groomed with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to lead, train and develop a motivated team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sales and profitability targets of the outlet.
• Provide excellent customer service and able to resolve complaints in a diplomatic manner.
• Manage store operations, inventory control, recruitment and training.
• Plan and manage staff schedule to meet business needs.
