Requirements
- At
least one (1) years working experience in franchised related
restaurant environment serving food and beverage at managerial level.
- Ability
to walk and stand, operate cash register / cash handling and POS
- Pleasant
disposition and able to work in a team.
- Able
to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Open
/ flexible work availability and willing to be relocated
- Communication
in English and Bahasa Melayu is a must.
- Maintains
confidentiality of all trade secrets, keeping all recipes, policies and
procedures
Responsibilities
- Work
with other management personnel to plan marketing, advertising, and any
special restaurant functions.
- Accomplishes
restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting,
training,assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining
employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring,
appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing
compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Maximizes
bar profitability by ensuring portion control and monitoring accuracy of
pouring measurements.
- Reports
To: Shop Manager
- Cost
Centre: (To be determine by Ops Manager)nvestigate and resolve
customer complaints concerning food quality and service.
- Maintaining
and demonstrating knowledge of the entire menu and its preparation
- Enforce
F&B hygiene to comply with health and safety regulations at all times
such as sanitary practices, general cleanliness and maintenance of the
floor section.
- Review
and monitor expenditures within allocated budget.
- Checking
stock levels and ordering supplies for bar and restaurant disposables.
- Organizing
and supervising the shifts of kitchen crew, wait/bar staff and cleaning
staff.
