Requirements

• Experience & enjoy working with children
• Ability to encourage students & inspire students to practice skills that maybe uncomfort at first
• Ability to manage diverse groups of children and cope with challenging behaviour
• High level of creative and organizational skills 
• Artistic talent, patients, reliability and have a sense of humor
• Good communication skills in English language
• Ability to work as team
• Applicant must be willing to work in Iskandar Puteri, Johor

Responsibilities

• Assist the children to get deeper understanding during the session
• Guide and monitor children progress and assist those who need extra support to complete task
• Helping teachers prepare for activities, including outing and sport events
• Support teachers in managing class behavioural problem and help develop their social skills
• Supervising group activities
• Setting up and clearing materials and equipment for lessons
• Carry out administrative duties such as preparing classroom resources
