Requirements

• Min 2 years of experience in marketing position in interior design base company or equivalent.
• Required skill: outgoing, pleasant personality, proactive with good communication, interpersonal skills, sociable and able to take challenges.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Education in Quantity Surveying/Engineering/Building/Interior Design/Other Construction related.
• Able to work under pressure and meet work schedule.
• Process good understanding in areas of construction, interior design, QS, M&E.
• Willing to travel outstation regularly and process own transport with valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of tender and contract documents.
• Support in commercial team to identify new business opportunities and coordinate according to customer requirements.
• Manage the preparation and completion of BQ, tender documents in alignment with customer requirement and material specification.
• Attending to site visit and tender interview if required.
• Follow up with customers/clients.
• Studying tender specification and drawings.
• Develop marketing communication strategies.
