Requirements

• Assist the Operation Manager in day to day operational issues in company
• Good with EXCEL, MS WORD and some basic accounting
• Good communication and people management skills
• Very organised systematic merticulous person
• Has experienced in such work before

 Responsibilities

• Ensure all operation issues are smooth
• Manage day to day communications, deliveries, work orders, quotations 
• Assist Operation Manager and Managing Director is day to day works 
• Able to get things done on time 
• Resourceful, positive, task orientated
